We encourage our young people to be educated and pursue their sporting careers at the same time and with businesses being part of the movement, every event will expose them to more career paths and interests in life. With enough support from Gert Schalkwyk Foundation and yourself we can reach out to the individuals taking part in the events and motivate them through sponsorships that allow higher education and degree, the sporting arena is huge and have so many moving parts aside from playing, assistance is crucial in our townships and suburbs. The foundation was launched with a successful Easter weekend soccer tournament from 15th to 18th April 2022 and we had a lot of support from local businesses, community, outside companies, government and PSL Kaizer Chiefs football club supporting the movement. We hope to encourage more companies and individuals to join us.
